This mock tudor detached house in Richmond required extensive stripping and preparation due to the badly oxidised render and rotten wood fascia boards, gables and other woodwork. All loose and flaky render & rotten wood was gouged out, the base sealed and then re rendered. The rotten woodwork was replaced where needed or restored and the final painting was done with Microporous paints to ensure the wood and render could breathe.
